Data and Cookies

Which data the site handles, the four cookies it sets and how to use your rights.

Controller: Ponientix Networks Limited, Waterport Place, 2 Europort Avenue, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. Privacy requests: [email protected].

Data we handle

Our web server records technical details of each request, such as the IP address, browser identification, requested address, referring address and time. They help us diagnose outages and turn away attackers, and they are rotated out after a limited period. We keep an email and its sender address while we work on it and briefly afterwards, in case a correction it led to is disputed. Gamble Investigations has no registration, comment section or newsletter, and runs no Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel or advertising tags.

Purposes

We use these data to deliver pages, secure the site, count visits and clicks on casino buttons in aggregate, and answer correspondence. Personal data is not traded, and visits are not stitched into ad profiles.

Recipients

Our host and network suppliers act as processors bound by our instructions. When you follow a tracked link, the casino learns that you came from Gamble Investigations; after that, the casino's own privacy rules apply. We disclose data to public authorities only where a law obliges us to.

Cookies

Four cookies are written, all on our own domain. Names, mailboxes and card data never go into them.

Your rights

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal data about you by writing to [email protected]. An unresolved complaint can be taken to the federal Privacy Commissioner or your provincial counterpart.

Updates

When our handling of data changes, so does this notice; check the Updated stamp beneath the heading.
