Conditions of Use

The rules for reading and using gambleinvestigations.com.

Operator of this site: Ponientix Networks Limited, Waterport Place, 2 Europort Avenue, Gibraltar GX11 1AA. Email: [email protected].

These conditions apply whenever you read gambleinvestigations.com or use one of its links. They sit alongside our editorial disclaimer and our data and cookies notice.

A. The service

Gamble Investigations publishes casino files, casino lists, payment and game guides, provincial guides and news for players in Canada. Reading it requires no account and no payment. Nothing can be played or wagered on the site.

B. Readers

Readers must be of gambling age in their province, which is 19 in most of the country and drops to 18 only in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec. Each reader checks for themselves whether online gambling is open to them where they live and whether a given casino takes players from their province.

C. Casinos and tracked links

Part of the outbound casino links are tracked, as set out in our advertising disclosure. Registration, deposits, bonuses, verification and withdrawals are matters between you and the casino. Disputes go to the casino's support first and, failing that, to the licensing body shown in its footer; we have no role in them.

D. Accuracy

We aim to keep each file correct, yet offers and licences change daily. Where a casino's current terms differ from a file, the casino's terms prevail. The site does not give legal, tax or financial advice.

E. Our content

Texts, casino files, lists, maps and graphics made for the site belong to the operator or are licensed to it. Brief excerpts are welcome when the quote names Gamble Investigations and links to its source page. Copying files or reviews in bulk, scraping lists, or republishing pages requires written permission. Other companies' trademarks remain theirs.

F. Conduct

Do not overload the site with automated requests, try to reach parts of it that are not public, interfere with how it works, or use it to spread malicious code or unsolicited mail.

G. Liability

The site comes with no warranty. Where the law lets us, the operator bears no liability for gambling losses, voided bonuses, delayed or refused withdrawals, or choices made after reading the site. Protections that the law places beyond the reach of a contract stay intact.

H. Which law

British Columbia law, and the federal law of Canada as it applies in that province, governs these conditions. A consumer living in another province keeps the protection of that province's mandatory consumer law and may bring a claim in its courts.

I. Changes

Amended versions take effect when posted, and the Updated stamp under the title tells you which one you are reading.
